How AI Agents are reshaping organizations and knowledge work

Igor Salvoni is Cloud Solutions Lead for Microsoft Italy's Enterprise market since March 2022, part of the Leadership team of the Italian subsidiary and, since July 2024, Executive Sponsor of Microsoft's Diversity and Inclusion community.

With 25 years of experience in the company he began in 1999 as Technical Account Manager for Enterprise customers and after 10 years alongside customers for the implementation and support of complex innovation projects he began a management career with increasing responsibilities within the organization.

In 2018 he left the Italian branch and took for 4 years the responsibility of Cloud Azure, Data and Artificial Intelligence projects for the Western Europe area of Microsoft and then returned to Italy with the current position.

Igor lives with his wife in the province of Novara, has two daughters and is grandfather of a beautiful granddaughter, in his spare time he divides his time between sailing and winemaking.
